THE SCHEDULE - Week 1:

This will be your schedule for the next 10 days.  Meditation will be basic Shaolin Kung Fu Martial Arts Meditation.  Hold your breath for 10 seconds in and 10 seconds out.  Its the first technique in the book of secrets.  The basic lotus position meditation.  Do this for 21 days.  After 21 days change the technique to the Vampire Meditation.  Do this for 21 days.  After 21 Days do the Edward Alexander Techniques as instructed by Him.  Once done with those, do the the 10 to 14 initial Active Meditation Methods by OSHO Himself.  21 Days Each.  After the second or third to fourth technique, move on to practicing 2 Meditation Methods at once per day.  After done with the OSHO Techniques, and while being done with them, do practice Teal Swan and Others up to 3 Meditations per day.  After that pursue the 112 Methods of Meditation by the Book of Secrets, and the Vedas.  Amen.  Practice Astral Projection Often too.
